The staff were amazing and very helpful. the room was a lovely size and comfortable. breakfast offered many delicious options. the location meant we could easily visit all the places we had planned.
The room was really hot. There was no aircon option. it was too loud to have the window open.

The hotel's location is convenient. I easily walked to major attractions! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. My room was super clean, and the shower had great pressure. I really appreciated the breakfast buffet with very fresh options!
The soundproofing was not great. I heard corridor noise when people closed doors. It was quite loud!

comfy bed brand new bathroom room cleanliness
the bed was comfy and the room was very clean. i really liked the brand new bathroom. the hotel's proximity to the main railway stations is very convenient. it made getting around easy and stress-free.
tea and coffee making facilities could use a little improvement, as the selection was quite limited. i would have liked more options. but it wasn't a big deal.
